Vectalon is an independent software product operated from India. This policy explains the limited information processed by the Vectalon website, licensing service, and support systems.
We process account identifiers supplied by GitHub for trial eligibility; email, order, subscription, tax, and payment-status metadata supplied by Lemon Squeezy; license, activation, revocation, and product-usage counters; and information you deliberately send through waitlist or support forms. Lemon Squeezy processes payment-card details as merchant of record; Vectalon does not receive or store full card details.
Vectalon’s developer harness runs locally. Configured remote model providers receive the context you choose to send, which may include source code. Optional Core usage telemetry sends only five bounded numeric ingestion counts (filesScanned, eventsIngested, crashes, traces, analytics), with a random reporter-session identifier and no machine fingerprint; collection and upload recheck current consent. RN error reports and heartbeats require separate opt-in. Automatic RN error uploads contain a fixed message, approved command, timestamp, package and Node versions, and OS family; heartbeats omit provider/model and process identifiers. Detailed errors remain local unless deliberately shared. Explicit customer-directed support uploads may contain private logs, errors, crash reports, and project state. Only package.json is sanitized. Inspect support bundles before uploading. This usage boundary does not govern support retention or product-wide deletion.
We use this information to provide trials, issue and validate licenses, deliver transactional email, prevent abuse, operate support, and maintain service security. Relevant processors include GitHub, Lemon Squeezy, Vercel, Supabase, and Resend, which may process data in other countries under their own privacy terms.
Order and licensing records are retained as needed for fulfillment, fraud prevention, accounting, legal obligations, and dispute handling. Support and waitlist data are removed when no longer needed. To request access, correction, or deletion where applicable, email privacy@vectalon.in. Some transaction records must be retained by law or by the merchant of record.
We use access controls, signed credentials, encrypted transport, and restricted production storage. No system is perfectly secure. Material policy changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
