Paid Vectalon software is delivered digitally and automatically after checkout. If the product does not work as described, contact support@vectalon.in within 14 days of purchase for troubleshooting or a refund request.
Refund requests made within 14 days are reviewed promptly. Include the purchase email and order number, but never send full card details. Refunds may be declined for abuse, repeated purchases and refunds, material use beyond evaluation, credential sharing, or violation of the product license, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Cancel through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal linked in your receipt to stop future renewals. Cancellation alone does not refund a completed renewal, but you may request a refund within the 14-day window. Approved refunds revoke the associated license.
Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record and processes approved refunds to the original payment method. Bank processing time varies. Lemon Squeezy may also issue refunds under its buyer terms, chargeback-prevention practices, or applicable law.
