These terms govern use of Vectalon’s website, developer software, trials, and commercial licenses. Vectalon is an independent software product operated from India. By using the product, you agree to these terms and the applicable software license.
Vectalon provides an adaptive AI developer harness and related SDK tooling. Available products and capability scope are shown on the current pricing and SDK pages. Paid digital access is fulfilled automatically after successful checkout by email delivery of a signed license credential. A GitHub-verified trial is limited to one per eligible account.
Source and binaries are licensed under the license shipped with the relevant release, including the Business Source License where stated. A purchase grants only the product, tier, seats, term, and capabilities identified at checkout. It does not transfer ownership or grant rights to resell, sublicense, bypass access controls, share credentials beyond purchased seats, or use the product unlawfully.
Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record for checkout, payment collection, applicable sales taxes, invoices, refunds, and chargebacks. Subscription pricing and renewal cadence are displayed before purchase. You may manage or cancel a subscription through the link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt or customer portal. Cancellation prevents future renewal; access continues only for the paid period and bounded offline credential window.
Experimental, preview, future, and “coming soon” capabilities are not purchased commitments. Do not attack, overload, reverse engineer access controls, misuse third-party services, or use Vectalon to violate another person’s rights. We may suspend access needed to protect users, infrastructure, or legal compliance.
The product is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that generated analysis will be error-free. You remain responsible for reviewing code changes, backups, releases, and compliance decisions. To the extent permitted by law, liability arising from Vectalon is limited to the amount you paid for the affected product during the preceding twelve months; this does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.
